Jardinia Landscapes is a highly creative landscaping company with an in-house design department. We specialise in whole garden schemes and work with discerning homeowners who are looking to invest in a complete transformation of their outdoor space.
Often, our clients have ideas, but lack the time or skills to turn these into a coherent plan for their garden. Sometimes they don’t know where to start and are searching for inspiration. With more than two decades experience we will work closely with you – from the initial phone call right through to build completion – to ensure we deliver a beautiful outdoor space that is perfectly suited to your lifestyle requirements.

We are based in Wareside, Hertfordshire and our rather unusual office, designed by Kevin and built by William, is based on the Mardock Station Ticket Office which was originally located on the railway less than 200m away.
Jardinia Landscapes is owned and managed by Directors Kevin Hosier and William Carter and was established to offer clients a seamless ‘concept to creation’ landscape design and build service.
Kevin Hosier, PG Dip Garden Design Design Director
Kevin has over 12 years experience in garden design, gained through his previous company Kevin Hosier Garden and Landscape Design, working with a wide variety of private (residential) and commercial clients. During this time he has delivered scores of designs in a multiplicity of styles, from small scale to six figure budgets.
He trained at the internationally renowned Inchbald School of Design, where he obtained a Distinction in his Postgraduate Diploma in Garden Design. He also won ‘Best Design’ for his final project, awarded by John Brookes MBE and ‘Best English Garden’ awarded by The English Garden Magazine.
Kevin is a pre-registered member of the Society of Garden Designers, the only professional body for Garden Design in the UK. When not designing gardens or attempting to keep on top of this own, he can be found running or cycling through the fields and roads of Hertfordshire, playing the piano, brewing a variety of craft ales, on the golf course – or in the stands at Selhurst Park.
William Carter, NCH Construction Director
William has over 26 years of experience in the landscaping industry spanning 4 decades of garden styles. During this time, he has worked for award winning and Chelsea Flower Show exhibiting landscape companies in and around London. Typically he has led garden landscape projects with budgets between £20k-£100k – but he also has experience working on far larger projects.
Growing up with gardens, plants and construction, William went on to qualify in horticulture and garden construction at Brinsbury College in Sussex.
When he isn’t landscaping, he’s building, hiking, gardening and playing pétanque on the green outside his local.
