Jardinia Landscapes is a high-end landscaping company with an in-house design department, specialising in beautiful whole garden schemes. We strive to achieve perfection in every detail of our garden builds and take immense pride in delivering the visions we have worked with our clients to create.

We want to build a great team around us to help deliver these projects and currently have a vacancy for a Junior Landscaper/Landscaper. We’d love you to be able to bring some basic skills with you – for example:

  • An ability to read plans and take measurements from plans correctly
  • Good basic paving skills
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • An ability to communicate effectively, both with us and with our clients.

But we are much more interested in your attitude and ambition; you’ll receive great training and this is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow with us, develop skills and, in time, run your own projects. We believe that we can only ever be as good as the people around us, so we want to turn you into one of the best!

We offer a competitive salary, paid holiday, defined career progression and the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business. If you’d like to find out more, please contact:

Our Employee Values

We believe the work we do is important. We are in the business of enhancing our clients’ quality of life – of turning their dreams and aspirations for their outdoor space into reality. We strive to achieve perfection in every detail of our schemes and take immense pride in delivering the visions we have worked to create.

We believe that none of this can be possible unless we build a team around us for whom only the highest standards of professionalism, respect and integrity are acceptable. We recognise that in order to achieve this, we must first define our core employer values; values to which we would expect to be held:

Development

A commitment to training, development and investment in our people, both on and off-site. To ensure our employees learn, thrive and progress in a professional, happy working environment.

Communication

To create a culture of openness and honesty based on mutual respect; a culture in which our people feel empowered to contribute to both our creative and business processes – and in which their suggestions are listened to and acted upon.

Professionalism

To create a culture in which the highest standards of professionalism become inherent in everything we do, whilst maintaining a relaxed and friendly working environment.

Achievement

To ensure that we celebrate our achievements as a team, recognising that world-class design and build can only achieved through world-class teamwork

Reward

To ensure that good performance is recognised and rewarded – not always just financially, but in ways that are meaningful to our staff.

Flexibility

To demonstrate an understanding of the importance of work-life balance and to offer as much flexibility as is reasonably possible to help our people achieve this.

Support

To be committed to the physical and mental wellbeing of our people by facilitating proactive and professional support if this is required.
