Our client, originally from Malta, wanted to create a Mediterranean style garden around his existing swimming pool. The existing garden was very tired – with dilapidated softwood decking and paving, collapsing timber retaining walls, a patchy lawn and empty pond. The design combines beautiful Faro porcelain with dark composite decking for sunbathing areas, retaining walls to give the space structure and symmetry – and a new BBQ/outdoor kitchen area. Olive trees and Mediterranean planting complete the stunning transformation of the garden.
