A new build garden with a small patio; the rest laid to lawn with a significant slope away to one corner, making the garden difficult to use. The design incorporates a sunken seating area with rendered walls, pleached photinias for screening and a new patio in porcelain tiles adjacent to the house. The garden was planted from scratch.
